The Military Order of the Collar of St. Agatha of Paternò (MOC) is an ancient Order of Chivalry and an international philanthropic organization.  It has as its primary focus the general well-being of humanity. The MOC-USA charitable foundation, a 501(c)(3) public charity and the North American charitable arm of the MOC, raises funds throughout the year and supports food pantries, shelters for the homeless, domestic violence shelters, and breast cancer research in honor of our patroness, Saint Agatha.
